Starting in Property Management in 2001, I feel blessed to have found a career I still love and thoroughly enjoy.  I believe the relationships you form as a Property Manager is a critical part of the role and communication is key, whether getting the best outcome for my Landlords, servicing tenants needs or securing excellent tenants for our properties. 

I am thoroughly versed in all facets of Property Management from Trust Accounting and Maintenance Management, including Remedial Works and defects, as well as having a high level of experience in managing Strata properties.  This knowledge, along with my practical experience is critical in effectively managing a property, as is the artistry of marketing and leasing a property, which I have done throughout my 21+ years in the Property Management industry.  

I have worked with a vast array of different properties, owners and tenants in and around the city, inner west and Eastern suburbs. I specialise in both house and apartment management with a rental return between $300 per week and $7000 per week.

I have had the opportunity to work with all different investors from an owner investment portfolio of 1 property, right through to a developer/company with 600 properties. I not only understand the difference between working for a small to medium portfolio as an owner investor, but also a large portfolio as a company, along with managing developers and defects. 

I approach the leasing and management of each property with the same passion and goal, to create a harmonious marriage between my Landlord and Tenant, in what can sometimes be a stressful time for both.  I have a hands on approach which ensures I am always up to date with current market conditions and legislative changes. 

I enjoy turning what can often be a negative experience for both Landlords and tenants into a positive experience and creating great relationships based around honesty, integrity, dedication and hard work. 

Experience in this industry is imperative, however I believe that passion, empathy and versatility is also key to ensuring the best outcome for my landlords and tenants.
